We know all of us live busy lives and we understand the importance of responsiveness. That is why we have created a system in which all of your needs are met in a timely manner.
Everything, including the moment you’ve booked your date, the day we cover your event, to having your products delivered to you; are meticulously scheduled to your accommodation. It is through our well designed method that we confidently guarantee you will be happy with your final product.
Let’s Talk Turnaround Time:
Our turn around time is typically 2-4 weeks after we have covered your event. That means all of your photos, photo prints and/or albums will be finalized and shipped out to you within one month of your wedding day. Your approval of your final product will be required before shipment.
Within 1 week after your wedding day, you will receive your photos for choosing. Alongside the link to your photos will be a drafted explanation of how to choose your photos. It’s a simple process that you can do on your computer, tablet and even on your phone.
Once you have chosen your photos, simply let us know by email, and we’ll get them taken care of asap. We aim for your photos to turn out great straight out of the camera and, thus, minimal editing would be required.
After 4 weeks, all of your products will be sent to you online as well as their arrival at your doorstep. Your approval of your final product will be required before shipment.
